Refund policy

We accept returns and size exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and vary depending on the carrier and destination (typically ~€5 within mainland Spain, with different rates for international orders and the Canary Islands).

If the return is due to a size issue, we will arrange the pickup as quickly as possible. Once received and inspected, we will process either a refund or an exchange for the same product in a different size.
