Return window

We accept returns and size exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in perfect condition.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at info@am2t.es with your order number and tell us whether you want a refund or a different size. We will reply with the next steps.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and vary depending on the carrier and destination (typically around €5 within mainland Spain, with different rates for international orders and the Canary Islands).

Size exchanges and refunds

If the return is due to a size issue, we will arrange the pickup as quickly as possible. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process either a refund or an exchange for the same product in a different size.
