SECTION 1 – WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHY

When you buy from AM2T, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, address, email and phone number, to process, ship and support your order. We keep invoices for as long as the law requires.

When you browse our store, we automatically receive your device's IP address and use cookies to keep the store working and to understand how it is used. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT AND MARKETING

We only send you marketing emails about new products, launches and offers if you opt in at checkout or subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or withdraw your consent by writing to info@am2t.es or via Instagram Direct @am2tclub.

SECTION 3 – SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the providers we need to run the store, such as Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment providers, shipping carriers and our email service, and only to the extent they need it. We may also disclose it if required by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Some of these providers, including Shopify, may process data outside the European Union; in that case the transfer is protected by the safeguards approved by the European Commission. Payment providers have their own privacy policies, and once you leave our store through an external link, their policies apply instead of ours.

SECTION 4 – SECURITY

We follow industry best practices to protect your personal information. Payment information is encrypted using SSL technology and processed in line with PCI-DSS standards. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data.

SECTION 5 – YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to info@am2t.es. We will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

SECTION 6 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

SECTION 7 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page, and we will notify you by email when appropriate.
